Biocytogen Pharmaceuticals (Beijing) (HKG:2315) said it had filed a draft prospectus for a proposed listing of A shares in Shanghai's STAR Market, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
Shares of the drug developer gained nearly 11% in late morning trade Thursday.
The company said it will inform the market of relevant details as they come.
