据澳大利亚竞争与消费者委员会（ACCC）消息，特斯拉公司在接到多起火灾报告（这些火灾已造成 “轻微财产损失”）后，正于澳大利亚境内召回 Powerwall 2 家用电池。

　　此次召回涉及数量未明确的 Powerwall 2 设备，这些设备产自美国，销售时间介于 2020 年 11 月至 2022 年 6 月之间。电池电芯由某家未具名的第三方供应商生产。澳大利亚竞争与消费者委员会在召回通知中指出，尽管发生了火灾，但目前尚无人员受伤报告。

　　Powerwall 2 包含 14 千瓦时（kWh）的锂离子电池，通常与太阳能电池板配套安装，用于储存白天产生的多余电能。

　　特斯拉表示，用户还可将其电池接入虚拟电厂（virtual power plant），在用电高峰时段为电网提供支持。接入虚拟电厂后，电池保修期可延长至 15 年，用户还能享受分时电价（time-of-use rates），有助于降低电费支出。

　　澳大利亚竞争与消费者委员会称，若用户的 Powerwall 电池在此次召回范围内，其将通过特斯拉应用程序（Tesla app）收到通知；目前特斯拉正着手对相关电池进行放电处理，以降低火灾风险。召回范围内的电池将免费更换，同时特斯拉 “将根据具体情况，考虑对用户损失的节能收益进行补偿”。
