Stocks to Watch: RCI Hospitality, Diversified Energy, New Fortress Energy

RCI Hospitality Holdings and several of the company's executives were charged with crimes including conspiracy, bribery and criminal tax fraud by the New York attorney general. Shares dropped 16% at close Tuesday and 4.8% more, to $27.40, in after-hours trading.

Diversified Energy said some of its stockholders will offload their shares in a secondary offering. Shares slid 8.6%, to $14.09, in postmarket trading.

New Fortress Energy reached agreement on contract terms to provide liquefied natural gas to Puerto Rico. Shares ended the regular session 45% higher and gained an additional 34%, to $2.68, after the bell.
