智通财经APP讯，微盟集团(02013)发布公告，公司(i)于2025年9月17日(交易时段后)与认购方无极资本管理有限公司订立认购协议，据此，认购方已有条件同意认购，而公司已有条件同意以认购价每股认购股份2.26港元发行及配发合共6.88亿股认购股份;及(ii)于2025年9月17日(交易时段后)就认购事项与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，配售代理主要受聘以促进认购协议项下认购股份的结算。认购价每股股份2.26港元较于认购协议日期在香港联交所所报每股股份收市价2.48港元折让约8.87%。
认购事项之所得款项总额将约为15.56亿港元。认购事项之所得款项净额将约为15.55亿港元。经扣除相关费用及开支后，每股股份净价格约为每股股份2.26港元。
