　　于2025年9月17日下午四时正，即接纳股份要约的最后时间及日期，要约人已就股份要约接获涉及712，513，527股股份的有效接纳，占于本公告日期全部已发行股份约48.18%。

　　经计及接纳股份（待完成转让该等接纳股份予要约人）；及要约人根据TPG购股协议及MBK购股协议已收购的442，197，548股股份占于本公告日期全部已发行股份约29.90%，要约人及其一致行动人士于合共1，154，711，075股股份中拥有权益，占于本公告日期全部已发行股份约78.08%。
