智通财经APP获悉，微盟集团(02013)今日发布公告，集团与知名国际长线投资机构无极资本Infini Capital订立认购协议，成功融资2亿美金，所得资金主要用于AI的投入和研发以及国际化布局。
微盟集团本轮融资将主要用于三大方面：第一，AI在SaaS中的整合和应用，升级AI技术基础设施提升计算能力及存储容量，加速AI技术在零售、电商场景的深度应用；第二，扩大媒体渠道及精准营销服务能力，深化在抖音及小红书等平台的生态布局；第三，积极推进海外业务发展，投资拥有AI创新模式及配套产品的公司，布局跨境出海业务等。
借助此次认购，微盟集团成功引入国际长线资本，不仅为未来发展注入充足资金，更有利于优化自身股东结构。无极资本为一家总部设于阿布扎比与中国香港的国际长线资本机构。今年以来，无极资本多次参与投资港股AI龙头企业。此次融资充分彰显了国际长线资本对微盟的长期信心与坚定支持。
微盟集团表示，引入专注高科技领域长期价值投资的国际长线资本，将有助于推动微盟集团在AI领域加码投入和布局，从而为更多全球商家提供数智化升级产品和服务。
