金吾财讯 | 亿华通(02402)盘中一度涨超84%，截至发稿，仍涨超41%，报33.74港元；A股亿华通(688339)一度涨停，现已开板，涨18.1%。消息面上，日前，亿华通披露资产重组终止的消息，终止发行股份购买定州旭阳氢能有限公司（以下简称“旭阳氢能”）的100%股权并募集配套资金事项。对于终止与旭阳氢能进行资产重组的原因，亿华通表示，由于交易双方未能就可能交易的最终方案达成一致意见，为切实维护公司和投资者利益，经公司与交易各相关方友好协商、认真研究和充分论证，基于审慎性考虑，决定终止可能交易事项。
