MCC Meili Cloud Computing Industry Investment (SHE:000815) said the bankruptcy liquidation application against significant shareholder MCC Paper will not impact its normal production and operational activities.
This follows a Sept. 15 court ruling that rejected a separate creditor's application for bankruptcy reorganization against MCC Paper, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the cloud computing company closed 2% lower Thursday.
