SU Group (SUGP) said Friday it has received a letter from Nasdaq stating that unless it requests an appeal, which it already has, its securities will be scheduled for delisting from the stock exchange and will be suspended on Sept. 26.

The company said it has already appealed the decision to a hearings panel, and the hearing request stays the suspension of the securities. The shares will keep trading on Nasdaq until the earlier of the deficiency being cured or the appeal being heard by the panel, it said.

The company said it previously received notifications from Nasdaq stating that it was not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement listing rule and another requirement.
