智通财经APP获悉，为油气勘探开发企业(E&Ps)提供全面水务服务及基础设施支持的WaterBridge Infrastructure上调了其首次公开募股(IPO)规模。这家总部位于美国得克萨斯州休斯顿市的公司计划以每股20美元的价格发行3170万股，以筹资6.34亿美元。每股20美元的IPO定价位于此前公布的每股17至20美元价格区间的高端，且计划发行3170万股股票也高于此前计划发行的2700万股股票。该公司计划在纽交所上市，股票代码为“WBI”。
据悉，WaterBridge Infrastructure成立于2016年，在截至2025年6月30日的12个月内实现营收7.22亿美元。作为美国规模最大的采出水基础设施网络运营商，WaterBridge拥有约2500英里管道和196处采出水处理设施。其日均采出水处理量超过260万桶，总处理能力达450万桶以上。客户包括Permian Resources(PR.US)、戴文能源(DVN.US)、EOG能源(EOG.US)和雪佛龙(CVX.US)等知名企业。
