智通财经APP获悉，部分高教股早盘走强，截至发稿，中教控股(00839)涨14.29%，报3.84港元；宇华教育(06169)涨7.35%，报0.73港元；新高教集团(02001)涨7.26%，报1.33港元。
消息面上，9月14日晚，宇华教育发布公告称，对旗下大学湖南涉外经济学院的传闻进行声明，该学校近期收到相关政府主管部门的批复，同意其开展营利性民办学校分类登记，同时公告中提示，此批复是同意学校按照政府部门的相关要求开展营利性登记工作、而非已经成功登记成为了营利性学校，因相关工作流程复杂、耗时久远、不确定性强，暂时无法保证和控制所需要的时间。
华创证券指出，一方面，近期湖南民办高教转营利性有切实进展，此前政策方向明确但进展较慢，此次推进有望起示范作用，或为政策积极推进重要信号。港股高教公司经营稳健+高股息，此前估值受政策压制明显，看好股值修复。国元国际表示，营利性的学校有利于上市公司分红，分配利润缓解债务。虽然营利性登记需完成土地、房产等资产过户及补缴税费，短期增加成本，但长期将实现资产市场化重估。
