9月17日金融一线消息，重庆市人民政府办公厅印发《重庆市提振消费若干措施》，其中提出，促进住房消费健康发展。多渠道争取资金支持保障性住房和租赁住房建设，持续推进城中村和城乡危旧房改造。加大租购住房、城镇老旧小区住宅加装电梯提取住房公积金支持力度。引导金融机构合理降低商业性个人住房贷款利率，优化个人住房套数认定办法，支持改善性住房消费。2025年5月30日至12月31日期间，对在我市中心城区新购商品住房，且在一年内出售中心城区原有住房的，给予新购住房总房款1%的补贴；对在我市中心城区新购商品住房单套建筑面积140平方米以上的，给予总房款0.5%的补贴。
