Qian Xun Technology (HKG:1640) entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire Punkcode Technology, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
Shares of the advertising firm gained over 5% in late morning trade Wednesday.
The company said it planned to fully acquire the web3 financial technology company for no more than HK$25 million, subject to definitive agreements.
