9月17日，支付宝官方公众号发布文章《授权没有后悔药？支付宝上可查询、可解除》，回应公众关心的“账号解除授权”话题。

　　文章称，随着网购、出行、外卖、挂号等服务逐渐转移到线上，用户在使用新应用或小程序时往往需要进行相关授权，以便完成支付和服务。时间一久，部分授权可能已不再需要。

　　为帮助用户集中管理，支付宝早在2021年就上线了“个人信息授权管理”功能。用户进入支付宝，点击“我的—设置—用户保护中心”，即可在“个人信息授权管理”中查看所有授权清单和明细，支持随时解除。

　　支付宝提醒，授权信息虽由用户主动操作，但应定期检查，及时解除不再使用的应用和服务授权，仅保留必要项目。此外，在“用户保护中心”，还可以调整隐私设置，查看并管理自动续费等服务。 

　　此前，#支付宝账号解除授权#话题登上微博热搜。有网友称，自己的支付宝账号授权的应用“翻都翻不完。”

　　对此，支付宝客服回应称，这些授权多为应用的小程序在快速登陆选项中选择了用支付宝账号，按照应用的不同要求授权了不同的信息，例如所在地，账号名称，性别等。建议用户可以定期清理自己不常使用或者不常见的应用授权。
