消息面上，歌礼制药今早公告，宣布在2025年9月16日于奥地利维也纳举行的第61届欧洲糖尿病研究协会年会上，报告了其ASC30口服小分子GLP-1R激动剂28天多剂量递增研究的结果。ASC30每日一次口服片显示，经28天治疗后，安慰剂校准后的相对基线的平均体重下降高达6.5%；ASC30片更优的疗效得益于其更高的口服药物暴露量；ASC30安全性和耐受性良好，仅出现轻度至中度胃肠道(GI)不良事件(AE)。由于多剂量递增(MAD)队列1采用2毫克至5毫克的周递增(weekly titration)策略，该队列未发生呕吐。
东吴证券近日指出，公司下半年催化剂较多，多个重要临床数据即将披露：根据临床试验进度和公司公告，该行预计2025年Q4将读出ASC30口服II期、ASC47的I期及ASC50的I期顶线数据，2026年Q1将读出ASC30皮下注射II期顶线数据。同时公司预计未来6-9个月将向FDA申报2-3个新管线的IND，包含双靶点多肽减重管线。
