9月17日，据彭博社报道，在恒大被勒令清盘20个月后，清盘人正在寻求接管前行政总裁夏海钧及他前妻的资产，试图为债权人追回更多资金。
清盘人周三在法庭上表示，夏海钧移居加利福尼亚州后一直在转移资产，耍花招。根据彭博汇编的数据，夏海钧靠之前的薪资、股票和恒大投资获得了近5亿美元的资产。
清盘人称，他经常参加加州一个体育俱乐部的活动，购买食品杂货，送他12岁的儿子上学。8月的一项法庭判决显示，他的He姓前妻在加州拥有三处房产和四辆机动车，总价值估计为2400万美元。
清盘人补充说，在恒大的麻烦开始发酵后，夏海钧于2021年9月在Orange County购买了一处价值2000万美元的房产。他们补充说，该房产目前价值超过3000万美元。
2024年12月，他还花了220万美元在拉斯维加斯买房，用的大部分是现金。夏海钧后来将该处房产转给了他的妻子，两人今年离了婚。
夏海钧设法拖延了大约一年时间，直到今年年中前后才披露资产。根据8月的一项法院裁决，清盘人对他迄今为止披露的信息表示怀疑。
