WaterBridge Infrastructure said late Tuesday it has priced an upsized initial public offering of 31.7 million shares at a price of $20 per share.
Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 4.8 million additional shares.
Net proceeds from the offering are estimated to be about $588 million, or $677 million if the underwriters fully exercise their overallotment option.
The shares are expected to begin trading this Wednesday on both the New York Stock Exchange and NYSE Texas under the ticker symbol "WBI."
The offering is expected to close Thursday.
