Wing Chi (HKG:6080) completed the placing of 186.6 million shares to at least six investors at HK$0.085 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$15.2 million, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The shares represent roughly 16.66% of the construction engineering company's enlarged issued share capital.
The firm will use proceeds from the placement for new construction contracts, the settlement of
outstanding payables, and general working capital.
