华音国际控股（00989）发布公告，卖方（公司间接全资附属公司）与买方（独立第三方）于2025年9月18日签署协议，出售目标公司全部股权，代价为1元（约1.1港元）。
此次交易涉及的目标公司持有华音紫霞60%股权及华音紫香门100%股权。目标公司截至2025年7月31日的综合负资产净值约为2.45万元，交易完成后，目标集团将不再为公司附属公司，其财务业绩和资产负债将不再合并入公司财务报表。
出售的原因是目标公司在重新评估后发现其两个项目均无利可图，出售将为公司提供减少整体债务的机会，降低流动性风险。完成后，预计股东应占综合资产净值将初步减少约4.5万元，综合资产总额和综合负债总额分别将减少约4583万元和4586万元。
