诺和诺德宣布，其糖尿病重磅药物Ozempic在一项针对美国部分患者的实际调查中表现优于 礼来 的老款药物Trulicity。
诺和诺德在维也纳举行的欧洲糖尿病研究协会 (EAD) 会议上报告称，服用Ozempic的医疗保险患者心脏病发作、中风或死亡的风险比服用Trulicity的患者低23%。这项研究跟踪了近6万名糖尿病和心脏病患者。
Ozempic和Trulicit都属于GLP-1 类药物，这类药物彻底改变了减肥治疗的方式。“某些药物在预防心脏病方面比其他药物更有效”这一理念，是诺和诺德在肥胖及相关疾病这一竞争激烈的领域与礼来抗衡的基石。礼来凭借其新药Mounjaro和Zepbound不断抢占市场份额。
周四会议上还公布了另一项头对头研究，结果显示Mounjaro在降低心脏病发作、中风和死亡风险方面与Trulicity大致相同。然而，这两项研究并不具有可比性，因为一项是随机试验，而另一项是对实际结果的调查。
