智通财经APP讯，华音国际控股(00989)公布，于2025年9月18日，公司的间接全资附属吉林省融裕投资有限公司拟向长春市纳百利商贸有限公司出售华音国际控股(敦化)有限公司全部股权，代价为人民币1.0元。
据悉，目标公司持有华音紫霞的60%股权,其主要资产为位于中国敦化市一个潜在房地产项目的土地开发开支;持有华音紫香门的100%股权，其现时没有业务活动。
公告称，集团于中国吉林省敦化市拥有两个筹备中物业项目：一个住宅项目及一个综合文化旅游项目。根据管理层最近的重新评估，该两个项目均无利可图，将所需的资本和开发开支亦与集团的财务状况不符。因此，董事会认为出售事项对集团整体较为合适而有利。
