据知情人士称，势将参与紫金黄金国际香港首次公开募股（IPO）的投资者中包括新加坡政府投资公司（GIC）、Millennium Management LLC和高瓴投资。

　　知情人士表示，贝莱德、富达国际和Baillie Gifford也将在基石投资者之列，基石投资者势将认购大约一半的IPO股份。

　　众多知名公司纷纷拟投紫金黄金国际，预示着这桩自5月以来全球规模最大的IPO将获得强劲需求。知情人士称，该公司最早将于周五开始接受其他投资者和公众的认购；交易融资规模可能超过30亿美元。

　　知情人士称，讨论仍在进行中，分配方案仍有待最终确定。香港的基石投资者通常会获得保证的股票分配，条件是他们同意持有股票六个月。

　　富达不予置评。紫金黄金国际和其他投资者均未回应置评请求。
