Roiserv Lifestyle Services' (HKG:2146) chairman, Geng Jianfu, resigned effective Thursday as a result of his retirement plan, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The firm proposed the appointment of Wu Qiuyun as its chair, subject to shareholder approval.
