智通财经APP讯，重庆机电(02722)发布公告，本公司收到控股股东重庆机电集团通知，其已于2025年9月19日与本公司原股东建工集团签署非公开股权转让协议，建工集团同意将其持有本公司6.30%股份全部转让给重庆机电集团(本次交易)。本次交易完成后，建工集团不再持有本公司任何股份，而重庆机电集团将持有本公司61.04%股份。本公司的间接控股股东仍为渝富控股，以及重庆市国资委仍是本公司的最终控股股东。
