9月17日金融一线消息，据中国三农发布，近期，接到群众反映，有不法分子冒用农业农村部名义，假借农业农村现代化投资建设等名义，通过所谓的“中国三农”APP等线上渠道和线下拉人头等方式面向群众开展非法集资，期间伪造农业农村部文件、仿刻农业农村部公章、冒充农业农村部工作人员骗取群众信任，并向群众承诺定期分红或到期返还收益，骗取群众钱款。
对此，农业农村部向社会公众作出如下风险提示：农业农村部从未以制发文件、派出人员等形式参与或推广“中国三农”APP等投资收益类活动，相关文件和公章均非我部正式印发的文件或合规使用的印章，“中国三农”APP及其相关网址和相关组织人员，均与农业农村部无任何关联，请广大群众提高警惕，加强甄别，谨防上当受骗。当前，乡村振兴受到社会高度关注，一些不法分子趁机实施诈骗等违法犯罪活动，请广大群众知晓，农业农村部不会面向群众借用或征用资金，不会面向群众开展投资理财活动，不会通过发文件、派人员等方式诱导群众参与各类投资理财类活动。
