智通财经APP讯，西藏水资源(01115)公布，于2025年9月17日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，拟透过配售代理配售最多2.97亿港元的可换股债券，初步换股价0.55港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.54港元溢价约1.85%，债券年利率 5%。所得净额拟用于为现有债券进行再融资及的一般营运资金。
假设悉数配售债券且债券按初步换股价0.55港元悉数转换，债券将可转换为5.4亿股股份，相当于公司现有已发行股本的约11.49%及公司经发行转换股份扩大后已发行股本的约10.30%。
