Australian Foundation Investment (ASX:AFI, NZE:AFI) repurchased 69,622 of its ordinary shares for AU$499,851, as part of an on-market buyback, according to a Friday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The company plans to repurchase a total of 124.7 million of its ordinary shares, the filing said.
