智通财经APP讯，香港宽频(01310)及要约人中国移动香港有限公司联合公布，股份要约已于2025年9月17日下午四时正截止且未经要约人修订或延长。
于2025年9月17日下午四时正，即接纳股份要约的最后时间及日期，要约人已就股份要约接获涉及 712,513,527股股份的有效接纳，占于本公告日期全部已发行股份约48.18%。
经计及(i)接纳股份(待完成转让该等接纳股份予要约人);及(ii)要约人根据TPG购股协议及MBK购股协议已收购的442,197,548股股份占于本公告日期全部已发行股份约29.90%，要约人及其一致行动人士于合共1,154,711,075股股份中拥有权益，占于本公告日期全部已发行股份约78.08%。
