智通财经APP讯，畅捷通(01588)发布公告，本公司董事会接获本公司控股股东用友网络科技股份有限公司(用友，600588.SH)告知，根据自身发展需要，用友及用友的附属公司用友优普信息技术有限公司(用友优普)于2025年9月17日通过大宗交易分别出售2813.51万股及 1397.28万股本公司H股，每股价格均为7.60港元，分别占本公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数(不包括库存股份)的约8.64%及4.29%(出售事项)。
于出售事项后，用友将继续于1.74亿股本公司股份中拥有权益，占本公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数(不包括库存股份)约53.53%，包括由用友直接持有的1.73亿股本公司股份及由用友的附属公司北京用友幸福投资管理有限公司持有的100.62万股本公司股份。控股股东用友对本集团的业务运营充满信心，本次出售事项将使本公司深化与长期价值投资者的联结，拓宽股东基础，并将有助于提升本公司股票的流动性。
董事会预计，出售事项不会对本集团的业务经营造成任何不利影响。
