智通财经APP讯，中金公司(03908)发布公告，该公司2023年面向专业投资者非公开发行公司债券(第二期)(品种一)(以下简称“本期债券”)由于全额回售且未转售，根据《中国国际金融股份有限公司2023年面向专业投资者非公开发行公司债券(第二期)(品种一)2025年债券回售实施结果公告》，中国国际金融股份有限公司(以下简称“本公司”、“发行人”)在2025年9月18日兑付本期债券剩余全额本金及2024年9月18日至2025年9月17日期间相应利息，本期债券将在2025年9月30日在上海证券交易所提前摘牌。
据悉，本期债券简称“23中金F3”，发行总额20亿元，票面利率为2.89%。
