智通财经APP讯，中联发展控股(00264)发布公告，配售协议所载的所有条件已获达成且配售事项已于2025年9月17日完成根据配售协议的条款，合共1500万股配售股份已按配售价每股配售股份1.42港元成功配售予不少于6名承配人，该等配售股份相当于紧接配售完成前公司现有已发行股本4.32亿股股份约3.47%;及公司经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股本约3.36%。
每股配售股份净发行价(经扣除配售佣金、专业费用及所有相关开支后)约为每股配售股份1.39港元。配售事项所得款项净额约为2080万港元。
