CapitaLand Ascendas REIT $(A17U.SI)$ fully redeemed SG$300 million worth of fixed rate subordinated green perpetual bonds comprised in Series 002, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the REIT were down under 1% in Thursday trading.
The bonds will be cancelled following their redemption, the filing added.
