Great Harvest Maeta's (HKG:3683) chairperson Lam Kwan resigned from her role Friday while remaining as CEO, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The move came as Lam intends to devote more time and effort to the development of the firm's business strategy, daily operations management, and administrative affairs.
Yan Yui Ham, son of Lam, was named as the ship chartering company's chairperson and a non-executive director.
