ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，Coinbase 正推动美国司法部介入各州对加密货币的监管执法。
其首席法务官 Paul Grewal 在周一致司法部的 14 页信函中称，联邦官员应就各州对加密货币公司的监管执法采取行动，司法部需敦促国会“介入并制定广泛优先权条款”。周二，Grewal 在 X 平台发文，直言俄勒冈州以联邦法律下合法的服务起诉 Coinbase，表明存在问题，这不是联邦制而是政府乱作为，各州要填补联邦监管机构在新政府领导下放弃监管留下的空白。
Grewal 还提出，司法部应提交意见函，让国会立法中的优先权条款明确联邦监管的数字资产不受州蓝天法约束，新州许可等监管要求不适用于加密货币中介机构，且条款具有追溯效力。
