智通财经APP获悉，柏能集团(01263)尾盘跌近6%，截至发稿，跌5.71%，报5.95港元，成交额3543.02万港元。
消息面上，柏能集团近日发布公告，公司于9月12日向港交所提交申请，从港交所主板自愿撤回股份上市。公司从港交所除牌后将保留其股份于新加坡交易所现有主要上市地位。于本公布日期，公司现正于港交所及新加坡交易所双重主要上市。
公开资料显示，柏能集团为全球第二大GPU显卡生产厂，其主要业务是设计、开发及制造图像显示卡，同时为世界各地知名的电脑品牌提供产品制造服务。公司旗下的索泰品牌为英伟达全球核心AIC合作伙伴。柏能集团中期业绩显示，上半年收入为63.55亿港元，同比增长28.5%；公司拥有人应占溢利为2.504亿港元，同比增长29.0%。
