Odaily星球日报讯 ETF 发行商 Defiance 已向美国证券交易委员会提交申请，计划推出两支围绕所谓“基差交易”构建的交易所交易基金——一支与比特币挂钩，另一支与以太坊挂钩。这项策略多年来一直是加密货币领域的常用交易方式，旨在利用现货市场与期货合约之间的价差获利：投资者买入加密货币代币，卖出对应期货合约，赚取两者间的差价，之后重复这一操作，力求从价差中获得稳定收益，同时基本规避大幅价格波动的影响。Defiance 计划为这两支 ETF 设定的交易代码分别为“NBIT”（比特币相关）和“DETH”（以太坊相关），这两支基金实质上会将上述交易流程转化为“一键操作”的 ETF 产品。其中，比特币版本的 ETF 将买入贝莱德 IBIT 等比特币现货基金，并在芝加哥商品交易所（CME）卖空比特币期货；其预期收益来自两个市场的价差，而价差受波动性、需求动态等因素影响。（cryptoslate）
