Prosperous Industrial Hires China Railway Unit for Industrial Park Construction

Prosperous Industrial (HKG:1731) unit Guangzhou Glorieux Traveling Articles procured China Railway Beijing Engineering Group to provide construction services for phase I of an industrial park project for 152.4 million yuan.
The industrial park is being developed on land in Guangdong Province, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing by the bag maker said.
The first phase of development covers a site area of 21,128 square meters with three main buildings with a gross floor area of 91,902 square meters.
The construction is expected to completed in 470 calendar days, or by the end of 2026.
Contractor China Railway Beijing Engineering Group is a unit of China Railway Group (SHA:601390, HKG:0390).
