China Energy Storage Technology Development (HKG:1143) completed the acquisition of Circuit Development for HK$20.8 million, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Following certain adjustments, the final consideration for the purchase is over HK$21.1 million, which has been settled by the electronic manufacturing services provider in cash.
Circuit Development is the holder of a property in Hong Kong's New Territories where China Energy Storage has an office.
