智通财经APP讯，中国智慧能源(01004)发布公告，预期集团截至2023年12月31日止年度将录得亏损约2.99亿港元，而于截至2022年12月31日止年度则录得亏损约9540万港元，亏损增加213.4%。亏损增加主要由于(其中包括)集团已确认(1)可退回按金减值亏损约9800万港元，及(2)应收贸易账款及其他应收款项减值亏损约5380万港元，及(3)增加融资成本约1亿港元。
预期集团截至2024年12月31日止年度将录得亏损约5.36亿港元，而于截至2023年12月31日止年度则录得亏损约2.99亿港元，亏损增加79.3%。亏损增加主要是(1)出售金昌锦泰光伏电力有限公司之亏损约5.08亿港元，(2)出售上海典阳光伏电力有限公司的利润约1.88亿港元，及(3)不需额外计提可退还保证金减值损失之综合影响。
