智通财经APP讯，陈唱国际(00693)发布公告，于有关期间，本公司间接全资附属公司Redcliffe Investments，向Nomura Singapore出售认购期权，权利金合共5780万日圆(相当于约300万港元)，Nomura Singapore可酌情于相应到期日行使认购期权，以购买Redcliffe Investments持有的相关Subaru股份;及于公开市场进行一系列交易，出售合共70.81万股Subaru股份，代价总额为21.96亿日圆(相当于约1.16亿港元)(不包括经纪费用)。
