智通财经APP获悉，羚邦集团(02230)涨近10%，截至发稿，涨9.09%，报0.30港元，成交额229.3万港元。
消息面上，9月17日，羚邦集团发布公告称，一间新子公司“Medialink Japan 株式会社”于2025年8月8日在日本正式成立。新子公司将通过对日本知识产权相关方进行并购或战略投资、共同投资、建立战略合作伙伴关系，来扩大集团的知识产权生态系统。此外，新子公司将通过更多种类的非日本知识产权引入日本市场来增强集团收入来源。
公司相信，此次扩张不仅将增强竞争力，还将拓宽销售网络，为集团的未来奠定坚实的基础。董事会指出，在日本成立新子公司以进行战略业务发展，将增强集团在建立可持续商业模型方面的生态系统。
