智通财经APP讯，迈越科技(02501)公布，于2025年9月18日，公司与Yong Sheng International Business Management (Bangkok) Company Limited(Yong Sheng)订立不具法律约束力的战略合作协议。
公告称，公司与Yong Sheng同意以平等互利、优势互补的原则建立战略合作，以在泰国推广人工智能(AI)应用及产品。于初始阶段，公司将供应而Yong Sheng将购买1,000副迈越AI翻译眼镜(该产品)，Yong Sheng进行该采购的资金来源为泰国政府资金;于第二阶段，公司可应要求考虑授予Yong Sheng于泰国独家分销该产品的权利。
据悉，Yong Sheng是由上海市广西商会与一名泰国王室成员透过合资企业成立的跨国商业服务供应商。
与Yong Sheng合作使集团能够将该产品扩展至泰国市场。此合作提升集团的区域竞争力，符合数码经济趋势，并透过资源共享促进创新。此举强化集团的市场地位、加快技术升级，并为在泰国的长期增长及潜在独家分销权奠定基础，为股东创造庞大价值。
