智通财经APP讯，中国再保险(01508)发布公告，因达到法定退休年龄，和春雷先生提出辞任本公司董事长、执行董事、董事会战略与可持续发展委员会主任委员及委员职务。该辞任自2025年9月18日和春雷先生辞任信函送达董事会之日起生效。
庄干志先生获委任为第五届董事会董事长(董事长)，待国家金融监督管理总局核准其董事长任职资格后正式履职，任期至第五届董事会任期届满时止，任期届满可以连选连任。庄干志先生正式履行董事长职务前，由其本人代为履行本公司法定代表人和董事长职权，期限自2025年9月18日起，至庄干志先生正式履行董事长职务之日止。
因工作安排，庄干志先生自2025年9月18日起不再担任本公司总裁。庄干志先生将作为临时负责人代行本公司总裁职权，期限自2025年9月18日起，至本公司新任总裁正式履职之日止。
董事会宣布和春雷先生不再担任根据上市规则第3.05条所述的本公司授权代表(授权代表)，而庄干志先生获委任为授权代表，自2025年9月18日起生效。
