Marchex (MCHX) said late Tuesday Chief Executive Officer Edwin Miller is stepping down from the role and will be serving as a senior advisor to the chairman going forward.
The company said it has appointed Chief Revenue Officer Troy Hartless as president, and Chief Corporate and Legal Affairs Officer Francis Feeney as chief operating officer.
Marchex also said it has named Brian Nagle, senior vice president, controller, as chief financial officer.
