UMP Healthcare (HKG:0722) saw a 23% decline in attributable profit for the year ended June 30 to HK$31.4 million from HK$40.6 million in the year-ago period, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Earnings per share stood at HK$0.0398 in the period, down from HK$0.0508 in the previous corresponding year.
Revenue slipped 2.9% to HK$726.9 million in the year from HK$748.5 million a year prior, mainly due to a significant decline in the volume of Immigration Medical Examinations (IME) and a lower revenue from clinical medical services.
The healthcare company proposed a final dividend of HK$0.019 per ordinary share for the year, subject to shareholder approval.
