智通财经APP获悉，Orla Mining(ORLA.US)周五美股盘初跌超6%。此前，纽曼矿业(NEM.US)表示，已通过多伦多证券交易所以每股10.14美元(14.00加元)的价格出售其在Orla Mining的全部持股，总交易总额为4.39亿美元(6.05亿加元)。在此次出售之前，纽曼矿业持有Orla Mining的43,245,294股普通股，占已发行和流通普通股的13.3%。
纽曼矿业首席执行官Tom Palmer表示：“我们重视与Orla自最初投资以来建立的紧密关系。从Camino Rojo项目的开发，到今年早些时候 Orla收购纽曼矿业的Musselwhite项目，我们很高兴能够参与Orla的起步阶段。”
