2025年9月17日，国泰海通集团下属公司国泰君安国际控股有限公司（“国泰君安国际”或“公司”，股份代号：1788.HK）作为独家全球协调人，成功协助蒙古国家银行（State Bank of Mongolia）完成一笔2亿美元、3年期RegS债券的定价，最终发行收益率为8.9%。本次债券的发行人拥有穆迪"B2"的发行人评级，展望"稳定"，与蒙古国家主权评级一致。此次发行获得了蒙古财政部和蒙古央行提供的支持函。
蒙古国家银行（State Bank of Mongolia）是蒙古国内唯一的国有商业银行，也是该国五大国内系统性重要银行之一，蒙古政府间接持有其94.29%的股份。该行以零售银行业务为主，在全国拥有497家分行，覆盖蒙古全境超60%的客户。
此次发行成为蒙古国家银行在国际债券市场的首次亮相，并创下自2012年以来蒙古商业银行美元债券新发收益率的最低纪录，吸引了多家知名实钱基金在内的高质量国际投资者踊跃参与。
