智通财经APP讯，时计宝(02033)发布公告，本集团预期于2025财政年度取得约1700万港元的本公司拥有人应占亏损，而截至2024年6月30日止年度(2024财政年度)本公司拥有人应占溢利约为3360万港元。
公告称，预期亏损主要由于本集团2025财政年度的收益较2024财政年度减少约22%，主要是由于全球贸易摩擦削弱中国零售市场的消费者情绪，从而对当地经济及就业增长造成不利影响;及因中国香港及中国内地的物业市场疲弱，导致本集团投资物业出现公平值亏损。
