Red Metal (ASX:RDM) said its first of four diamond core drill tests is underway on the Pulkarrimarra Project located in Western Australia, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The drill targets seek sedimentary-hosted copper and are funded by its partner BHP (ASX:BHP).
BHP's shares shed nearly 1% in recent Thursday trade.
