智通财经APP讯，FORTIOR(01304)发布公告，基于自身资金需求，股东上海华芯拟通过集中竞价方式或大宗交易方式减持股份不超过341.76万股，即不超过公司总股本的3.00%，减持期限为自本公告披露之日起十五个交易日后的三个月内进行。根据《上市公司创业投资基金股东减持股份的特别规定(2020年修订)》《上海证券交易所上市公司创业投资基金股东减持股份实施细则(2020年修订)》的有关规定，上海华芯系已在中国证券投资基金业协会完成备案的私募基金，并已向中国证券投资基金业协会成功申请了创业投资基金股东的减持政策，截至峰岹科技首次公开发行上市日，上海华芯投资期限在60个月以上，故上海华芯通过集中竞价方式、大宗交易减持其持有公司首次公开发行前股份的，减持股份总数不受比例限制。
